Graham: This is the sign greeting potential passengers on the route 109 Port Melbourne line between Southbank Depot and the Beacon Cove terminus.

southbank Southbank Depot, looking inbound: The tracks have been cut on the down side of Southbank depot near the "rear exit". It looks as though the facing points with their 10km/h limit and tendency to be site site for derailments are not going to be renewed/replaced.

Graham Street: A signal box once stood near here: the pit for the signal wires and point rodding is all that remains. It's survived the renewal so far.

Beacon Cove: Some things still require manual labour: here a team of workers pick up fishplates and dogspikes and throw them into the scoop of ther front-end loader. These will then be dumped into a large recycling bin near Ingles Street.
